Hele Bay
MONDAYS
7am - 11am
5pm - 9pm
Wild swimming, rocky coastlines and wood-fired warmth.
Tucked away just outside Ilfracombe, Hele Bay is a little slice of paradise for wild swimmers and lovers of the sea.
Surrounded by dramatic rocky coastline, this sheltered bay is a beautiful place to slow down, breathe in the salty air and enjoy the simple pleasure of hot and cold.
Our wood-fired sauna sits moments from the water, making it the perfect spot for a refreshing sea dip between sauna rounds.
Whether you're finishing a coasteering adventure, returning from a paddleboarding trip or simply escaping the everyday, there's nothing quite like warming up by the sea.

PUBLIC SESSIONS
Join us for a 45-minute community sauna session, shared with up to eight guests.
Move between the warmth of the sauna, fresh coastal air and an optional sea dip at your own pace.
Come alone, bring a friend or make some new ones.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Want the sauna all to yourselves?
Our private sessions are perfect for friends, families, birthdays, group get-togethers or a post-adventure warm-up.
Enjoy exclusive use of the sauna in this beautiful coastal setting.

For larger groups or special occasions, get in touch with Keziah to discuss your plans.
