MEET KEZ
Hello, I'm Keziah, the founder and heart behind Secret Sauna.
​
Growing up in North Devon, nature was always my greatest escape. The coastline, rivers and wild landscapes that surround us have been a constant source of comfort, joy and healing throughout my life.
​
These places hold so many memories for me, and now I get to share a little of their magic with you.
​
After a life-changing bereavement, I took a year away from work to focus on myself and find my feet again. It was during this time of reflection, while walking through the beautiful Valley of Rocks, that the idea for Secret Sauna came to life.
​
Having visited many saunas in traditional spa settings, I wanted to create something different. Something less clinical, more affordable and deeply connected to the outdoors. A welcoming space where people from all walks of life could come together, enjoy the warmth and leave feeling a little lighter.

For me, Secret Sauna has always been about people as much as the experience itself.

It's about bringing people together, easing loneliness, making new friends and finding those precious moments of peace in our busy lives.
