Pack your swimwear, two towels (one to sit on and one to dry off with), drinking water and something warm to change into afterwards. A changing robe is particularly useful at our wild locations.If you're planning a sea or river dip, we recommend bringing suitable footwear to protect your feet on rocky or uneven ground. Slip on shoes for in and out of the sauna/sea are handy.

Our saunas are located in beautiful outdoor locations, so facilities vary. There are no dedicated Secret Sauna changing rooms, and some locations have no public toilets.We recommend arriving ready to sauna, with a changing robe for afterwards. Check your chosen location page for details of nearby facilities.

Swimwear is required inside the sauna. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in, whether that's a swimsuit, bikini or swim shorts. Nudity is not permitted.Remember to remove shoes and jewellery before entering.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booking to allow time to get settled and enjoy your full session.Some locations require a short walk from the car park, so allow a little extra time, particularly during busy summer months.
