PUBLIC SAUNA SESSION - LANACRE BRIDGE

Service Description

These sessions are at Landacre Bridge, the perfect combination of hot and cold therapy with the option of having direct river access in to the water. Our public sauna sessions our affordable and flexible to suit your needs. Sessions will last 45 minutes and will be attended by a maximum of 7 people. You can cool off and re-enter as many times as you like within the time making sure that you stay hydrated. Please park on the Moor. There are no toilets or changing facilities, so bring appropriate clothing. There is a direct river swim spot at this location.
